What you'll do
* Ensuring the team's development, monitoring and evaluation;

What you'll need
* Fluency in Portuguese (Native level);
* Fluency in English (B2 level);
* Experience as supervisor/leadership positions;
* Experience with customer service and live channels;
* Analytical ability, decision making, and team player;
