YOUR TASKS AS A SUPERVISOR
Fulfillment and respect of the HSE requirement at site and to intervene should the requirements not be respected nor fulfilled
Quantity and quality of the mechanical work in accordance with the related instructions
Timely completion of the work to ensure a proper commissioning of the wind turbine
Give guidance to the subcontracted parties involved in installation and finishing
Check of proper electrical installations
Initiate corrective actions aimed to eliminate defects and to be executed by the subcontractor
Control correctness and completeness of site related reports
Collect and forward technical specifications
Report the status of the site activities
Execute the quality check on site including reporting
Active participation at the site meeting on site (toolbox talk)
Notificate defective or missing parts to the site manager with the purpose of replacement of these parts
YOUR TASKS AS LEAD
Coordinate and manage site supervisors to secure and support operations across multiple project locations
Provided comprehensive support to supervisors executing internal processes and addressing company-related operational needs.
Ensure the planning and execution of training activities are carried out securely and efficiently, in compliance with internal safety protocols and operational standards.
Review Lead SV weekly reports
Report and evaluate supervisor's performance, ensuring alignment with supervision key performance indicators and supervision mission and vision
Support the development and enhancement of new initiatives, supporting continuous improvement and innovation within company Supervision department
Support on the onboarding of new employees;
YOUR PROFILE
3–5 years of experience in Site Management or Site Supervising, preferably in renewable energy projects.
Proficient in basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures such as LOTO, electrical safety, fall protection, and hazardous materials.
Experienced in construction, installation, finishing, and mechanical testing procedures.
Skilled in using mechanical measuring tools and hydraulic torquing/tensioning tools (e.g., HyTorc, ITH).
Good English language skills (read, write and speak fluently)
Willingness to travel without restrictions
Used to work at heights
International car driving license
Leadership skills, Team motivation and conflict resolution
