Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Management:
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate the team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Ensure equipment availability and efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve technical faults and issues.
• Ensure compliance with construction norms and regulations.
2. Process Automation:
• Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize operational processes.
• Supervise the installation and configuration of automated systems.
• Conduct testing and validation of automation systems.
• Stay updated with new technologies and automation trends.
3. Systems Integration:
• Coordinate the integration of new equipment and systems with existing ones.
• Ensure compatibility and efficient communication between systems.
• Implement integration protocols and procedures.
• Train the team on new integrated systems.
4. Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and develop the technical team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
• Identify training and development needs.
5. Planning and Control:
• Plan and control the inventory of parts and materials.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare technical and administrative reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, or related fields.
* • Proven experience in maintenance, construction, automation, and equipment integration.
* • Advanced knowledge of automation and control systems.
* • Leadership and team management skills.
* • Critical analysis and problem-solving abilities.
* • Knowledge of technical norms and regulations.
* • Planning and organizational skills.
* • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* • Proactivity and initiative.
* • Results-oriented.
* • Adaptability and flexibility.
* • Ability to work under pressure.
* • Ethics and responsibility.
