Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the team in executing daily tasks, ensuring alignment with company policies. OverseeShip to Collect, GCI, Credit and Collections, Disputes, Cash Applications, and Billingprocesses. Manage and resolve escalated or high-impact customer and vendor issues. Support the manager in resource planning and allocation, ensuring department priorities are met. Identify training needs and develop training materials and content for team development. Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and financial performance while ensuring operational effectiveness. Implement corrective actions based on business needs and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising operational or administrative teams in the financial sector.
