On this occasion, one of our leading clients in the industrial sector is looking for a Billing Supervisor with a native or bilingual German level in Porto.
/pp What will you do?
/pulli What you will enjoy doing: /lili You will be responsible for the team management, focus audit on agents#39; performance, 1:1 conversations and follow-ups.
/lili KPI#39;s analysis and reporting of results.
/lili Daily preparation of reports based on KPI#39;s: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual.
/lili Creation and maintenance of internal work instructions and support materials.
/lili Selection of personnel, initial training for new hires and continuous training.
/lili Ensure compliance with operational standards, quality and GDPR.
/lili Maintenance and update of internal procedures of the Department.
/lili Coordination with different business areas to ensure alignment of processes/procedures.
/lili Agents support and resolution of doubts regarding procedures.
/lili Coordination with team leaders in Spain regarding work schedules, task monitoring and absentee control.
/li /ulp Who are we looking for?
/pulli You are the perfect candidate if you have: /lili You have a Bachelor Degree or provable previous experience in a similar role.
/lili You have worked in a Contact Center for at least 5 years, with 2 years managing teams.
/lili Your have a fluent level in German and English.
/lili Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Advanced Excel is a must).
/lili Previous experience with call management telephony platforms and CRMs.
/lili Availability to do Stand By shifts on rotation Saturdays and bank holidays.
/lili Strong teamwork commitment, highly oriented to targets and objectives, with a strong customer focus and dedication to client service projects.
