We are seeking a talented and driven Operations/ Production Supervisor to join our Packaging team.
Mission:
Manage the material and human resources, ensuring that raw materials and products are processed in line with technical and budget specifications, safely, and in compliance with quality and environmental standards, according to the production plan and under the guidance of the hierarchical supervisor. This involves analyzing production control data, resolving or reporting anomalies and deviations, facilitating the efficient functioning of the respective production section autonomously and with a mindset for continuous improvement, developing the team, and implementing investment projects.
Profile:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree (in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Production Engineering/ Management, or other related fields);
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial experience, preferably in the food industry;
- Experience in team coordination;
- Safety culture and/or aptitude for developing it;
- Training in HACCP and IFS, ISO 22000, or equivalent;
- Proficiency in key Microsoft Office tools;
- Spoken and written English;
- Knowledge of Lean processes and tools.
