Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Construction Management and Supervision Department by recruiting a Mechanical Site Supervisor, to support Data Center Project, based in Sines.With national and international projects of high technical complexity, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the engineering and construction market, particularly within mission-critical infrastructures.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all mechanical works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standardsMonitor subcontractors' activities related to HVAC, piping, fire protection, and other mechanical systemsEnsure works are executed according to schedule, quality, safety, and cost requirementsCoordinate daily site activities with other disciplines (civil, electrical, commissioning)Review method statements, technical submittals, and equipment / material approvalsParticipate in site meetings with the client, consultants, and internal teamsIdentify and report deviations, technical issues, and risks, proposing corrective actionsEnsure compliance with HSE rules and promote a strong safety culture on siteSupport testing, commissioning, and handover activitiesProfile:Background in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (mandatoryProficiency in English, both written and spoken (highly valued)Professional experience in a Mechanical Supervisor or similar role; experience in data centers, industrial facilities, or other large-scale projects is a strong advantageSolid knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, fire protection, etc.)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teamsHigh-level of responsibility, autonomy, and problem-solving skillsAvailability to work on site (mandatory)What we offer:Quadrante is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
