We are currently seeking a passionate Housing Supervisor in charge of managing employee´s accommodation @ Porto Santo - Madeira ;

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with the cleaning / Maintenance department on all Job orders and ensure that each job order is accomplished and done accordingly.
* Monitor, evaluate, inspect and implement the necessary actions to maintain the overall housing condition up to the required living standards.
* Solve problems raised by the residents in their accommodation.
* Prepare housing related records, reports and statistics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis accordingly.
* Ensure proper / standard preparation of all units in the facility.
* Review all damage / maintenance reports of the facility and ensure that all internal / external areas are clean, safe and in good order
Key Requirements
* 2-5 years of employment in a related position, with good housekeeping experience
* Hands on profile
* Working knowledge of MS Office;
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
* A team person
