- Overseeing the daily operations of F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, events) - Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction - Manage and train teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment - Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to optimise the dining experience - Control operating costs, inventory, and compliance with health and safety standards - Participate in the creation of menus, promotions, and sales strategies
Requisitos : - Proven experience as a Supervisor or Manager in F&B, preferably in luxury hospitality - Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills - In-depth knowledge of restaurant and bar operations - Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are an advantage) - Flexibility in working hours and ability to work under pressure - Training in Hospitality, Management or similar
