Role Description
This is a full-time in-person role in Lisbon for a Secretária Executiva with experience in Digital Marketing. The Secretária Executiva will be responsible for managing clerical tasks to RelocatorPortugal and its associates, providing executive administrative assistance, handling company secretarial work, and delivering exceptional customer service mainly in English. The role also includes effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities
Experience in Company Secretarial Work and Communication skills
Excellent Customer Service abilities
Proficiency in Digital Marketing
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently
Experience in similar roles is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
