• Operational Management: Ensure the daily and efficient operation of the café, from opening to closing, guaranteeing the execution of all necessary procedures.
• Team Coordination: Organize and supervise the work team, distributing tasks and fostering a cooperative and motivated environment.
• Excellence in Customer Service: Implement practices that deliver a high-level customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Quality Control and Procedures: Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, keeping the café in accordance with regulations.

• Previous Experience: Experience in team management and operation of café establishments is valued.

• Minimum Education: Completed 12th grade.
