/pp Responsibilities: /pulli Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
/lili Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms.
/lili Analysis and selection of CV#39;s.
/lili Phone surveys when necessary.
/lili Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks.
/lili Performing and conducting interviews with candidates.
/lili Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.
/lili Editing CV#39;s according to the Decskill format.
/li /ulp Requirements: /pulli Bachelor#39;s degree or other academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar.
/lili At least 3 year#39;s experience in Recruitment and Selection.
/lili Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles.
/lili Be a dynamic person with good communication skills.
/lili A team player with a spirit of collaboration.
/lili A person with a good working attitude and commitment.
/lili Be results-oriented.
/lili Speak other languages, like English.
