Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Construction Management and Supervision Department by recruiting a Civil Works Site Supervisor, to support an ongoing Data Center Project, based in Sines.With national and international Projects of high technical complexity, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the engineering and construction market, particularly within mission-critical infrastructures.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all civil works on site, including earthworks, concrete works, structures, and architectural finishesEnsure works are executed in accordance with Project drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and schedulesCoordinate subcontractors and daily site activities with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, commissioning)Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of the works, reporting deviations and proposing corrective actionsReview and validate method statements, technical submittals, and material approvalsParticipate in site meetings with the client, consultants and internal teamsEnsure compliance with HSE rules, promoting a strong safety culture on siteSupport inspections, testing, and handover processesProfileDegree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification (mandatory)Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (highly valued)Proven experience as a Civil Works Supervisor or in a similar role; experience in data centers, industrial facilities, or other large-scale projects is a strong advantageSolid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control processesAbility to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and other construction documentationStrong communication and coordination skillsHigh level of responsibility, autonomy, and problem-solving skillsAvailability to work on site (mandatory)What we offer:Quadrante is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
