We are looking for a talentedR2R Supervisor to lead a team of three professionals responsible for executing accurate and timelyRecord-to- Report processes. This role is central to managing general accounting, ensuringcompliance, and driving continuous process improvements within our fast-paced Shared ServiceCenter.As the R2R Supervisor, you will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, build stronginternal controls, and support system enhancements with SAP S/4 as the main ERP system. You'llalso have the opportunity to develop your team and lead process transformation initiatives toenhance accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities• Team Leadership: Supervise the daily operations of a team of 3, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management.• Closing and Reporting: Manage all financial close activities, ensuring the accuracy of journalentries, reconciliations, and reporting in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP.• Operations Management: Oversee general ledger accuracy, intercompany reconciliations, andstatutory reporting for assigned entities.• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls, supporting compliance and risk mitigation.• Continuous Improvement: Drive process efficiencies across the R2R function, leveraging SAP S/4and advanced Excel tools for automation.What We're Looking ForExperience:• 5–10 years' experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.• Hands-on experience in shared service and multinational environments.• Expertise in ERP platforms, with a preference for SAP S/4.• Education & Skills:• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA or ACCA qualification is a plus).• Advanced use of Excel (pivot tables, macros) for data analysis and reporting.• Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and statutory compliance.• Soft Skills:• Strong analytical and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and resolve issues.• Leadership abilities to mentor a team and drive operational excellence.What We Offer● The opportunity to lead a strategic global transformation project.● A key leadership role with high visibility across all regions.● Exposure to multinational operations and collaboration.● Career progression within a growing and innovative finance framework.
