TSG Portugal is strengthening its Operations and Maintenance team. We are looking for a
Lead Supervisor
to coordinate technical teams, ensure the effective execution of maintenance activities, and guarantee technical and regulatory compliance across our services.
What you will do:
Coordinate reactive and scheduled maintenance teams, ensuring proper prioritization and execution;
Lead and support a team of Supervisors, managing resource allocation and operational planning;
Analyse technical issues and define effective solutions for maintenance interventions;
Assume technical responsibility for Maintenance activities before official and regulatory entities;
Provide technical support to field teams and clients;
Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients to ensure alignment of technical requirements;
Ensure compliance with Maintenance and Installation plans;
Record, monitor, and analyse operational KPIs;
Ensure compliance with clients administrative procedures;
Validate and control the technical documentation required for work approval and billing processes.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent;
Registered with (or eligible for registration with) OE/OET (Portuguese Professional Engineering Bodies);
Resilience and strong ability to work under pressure;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
English level C1 or higher.
