Office Operations Manager Role
This position oversees the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring efficient administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations, including communication, scheduling, and supply maintenance
* Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and payroll processing
* Coordinate staff travel arrangements
* Prepare and disseminate office documents
* Organize meetings and maintain minutes when necessary
* Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
* Foster relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
* Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot issues
* Monitor expenses and prepare reports for budgeting purposes
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in a similar role or position
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Familiarity with basic HR processes
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Prior experience managing budgets is advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
