Your new role
• Coordinate and support a team of four maintenance technicians.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Perform operational tasks across electrical, mechanical and general building systems.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and accurate maintenance records.
• Manage external contractors and service providers.
• Monitor asset conditions and propose improvement actions.
• Respond to operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
What you'll need to succeed
• Strong experience in building maintenance or technical facilities operations.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and motivate a small team.
• Very strong English skills (spoken and written).
• Solid knowledge of building maintenance procedures.
• Flexibility to work hands on and manage multiple priorities.
•Technical training is a must; higher education is an advantage but not required.
