Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
1. Assist in the implementation of the company's human resources policies, procedures, and management systems.
2. Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding procedures.
3. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
4. Support employee onboarding, orientation, probation evaluation, and offboarding procedures.
5. Coordinate payroll preparation, attendance management, and employee benefits administration.
6. Support performance evaluation, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
7. Assist in organizing internal training programs and employee development activities.
8. Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws and company regulations.
Administration Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
2. Coordinate office supplies procurement, asset management, and workplace maintenance.
3. Manage company correspondence, filing systems, and administrative documentation.
4. Coordinate business travel arrangements, meeting organization, and company event support.
5. Assist in managing company vehicles, office facilities, and external service providers.
6. Support cross-department communication and internal operational coordination.
7. Handle other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in human resources and administrative management.
3. Familiarity with HR processes, labor regulations, and office administration practices.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Fluent in Portuguese and Chinese (Mandarin);
Working Conditions
1. Full-time position.
2. May require occasional business travel.
3. Based in Lisbon, Portugal.
