We are looking for a
Guest Relations Supervisor
with
solid front-desk experience in luxury hospitality
and excellent communication skills in
English and German
. Someone who brings confidence, warmth, and a refined eye for service.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all guest arrival preparations, ensuring needs and preferences are anticipated.
* Welcome guests warmly and supervise check-in and check-out in line with Vila Joya standards.
* Lead daily Front Office operations
and organise team workflows.
* Support the Front Office Manager and take responsibility for operations during their absence.
* Provide attentive, personalized interactions at every touchpoint.
* Escort guests to the bar, 2*Michelin restaurant, Vila Joy Sea restaurant, or other outlets as needed.
* Handle calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Maintain excellent knowledge of Vila Joya's offerings and surroundings to provide tailored recommendations.
* Coordinate guest transportation and special requests.
* Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction

* Address guest feedback diplomatically and offer proactive solutions.
* Ensure meticulous confidentiality and accuracy in guest information.
* Contribute to a calm, humble, and welcoming reception atmosphere.
What You Bring
* Ability to identify opportunities to elevate guest satisfaction across all outlets.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create rapport.
* Proven leadership qualities with a balanced, warm management approach.
* Strong verbal and written English and German skills
(Portuguese or other languages are an advantage).
* Minimum 3 years of front-desk experience
in a luxury or high-end boutique hotel.
* Solid organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; front-office software knowledge is a plus.
* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain composed under pressure.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach to service.
* Team-oriented mindset
with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to safely drive a buggy car to escort guests on the property.
