, the leading enterprise drone company in the Iberian market, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment process and ensure we attract the best talent to fuel our growth.
What You'll Do:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job posting to offer and onboarding
* Create compelling job advertisements and publish them across LinkedIn and other platforms
* Actively source candidates (hunting) through networks, and industry events
* Conduct initial screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
* Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and become productive quickly
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process
* Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with agility and organization
* Support employer branding initiatives to position HPDRONES as an employer of choice
* Implementation of performance evaluation process
What We're Looking For:
* 2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection (preferably in tech, engineering, or startups)
* Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, negotiation)
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
* Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
* Growth mindset: proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (required)
* Degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field (preferred)
