Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily cleaning schedules and room assignments;
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met;
Ensure timely room readiness in coordination with Guest Operations;
Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory levels;
Maintain impeccable cleanliness aligned with ultra-luxury standards;
Enforce SOPs, hygiene, and safety procedures;
Identify and report maintenance issues promptly;
Ensure presentation reflects brand aesthetics and attention to detail;
Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping attendants;
Conduct quality checks and provide performance feedback;
Promote teamwork, efficiency, and a culture of excellence;
Support onboarding of new team members;
Ensure special requests and VIP preparations are executed flawlessly;
Handle guest concerns related to housekeeping with professionalism and care;
Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and serene environment.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in housekeeping supervision within a luxury hotel or resort;
Strong leadership and organizational skills;
Detail-oriented with a high standard of cleanliness;
Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards;
Portuguese and English proficiency preferred.
