Responsibilities
The candidate will be part of the Site Administration team, within local Site Management direction.
Participate in landlord relationship management throughout the contract life cycle, ensuring all contractual and payment provisions are in place correctly and on time.
Manage the contractual relationship with landlords;
Manage the landlords' database ensuring data registration, payment and tax related activities;
Prepare monthlypayment procedures and ensure a correct and timely payment to landlords or to tax authorities and other agents;
Assist with contractual management events such as pledges and data revision;
Manage the reply to all queries posed by tax authority;
Manage and develop the monthly report to Financial department of all changes in contractual position and of all escalators applied;
Prepare real estate activity information for reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance;
2 to 5 years insimilar roles;
Advanced knowledge in English and basic knowledge in Spanish;
Proficiency in Excel and SAP;
Team workwith many internal and external stakeholders;
Project management experience will be a plus.
