We are recruiting a
Customer Financial Services Supervisor
for a client based in
Porto
.
The Supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day supervision and coordination support to a team of operational and/or clerical employees, or contractors. This role ensures the successful completion of team tasks and oversees employee-related activities in accordance with local policies. The Supervisor plays a key role in performance monitoring, employee development, and administrative duties, while also supporting disciplinary actions and contract management under the supervision of relevant management.

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the team in executing daily tasks, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Oversee
Ship to Collect, GCI, Credit and Collections, Disputes, Cash Applications, and Billing
processes.
Manage and resolve escalated or high-impact customer and vendor issues.
Support the manager in resource planning and allocation, ensuring department priorities are met.
Identify training needs and develop training materials and content for team development.
Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and financial performance while ensuring operational effectiveness.
Implement corrective actions based on business needs and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising operational or administrative teams in the financial sector.
Strong knowledge of financial processes, including credit, collections, and billing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
