Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and monitor team performance of agents ensuring service levels and interaction quality are consistently met.
* Validate and adjust resource allocation based on workload demands, guaranteeing optimal team productivity.
* Provide direct support to agents, resolving complex issues promptly and effectively.
* Report results and improvements to management, driving continuous growth and enhancement.
Requirements:
* A degree in communication or management is preferred, but not necessary.
* Proven experience in team coordination within customer service environments is essential.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills are vital for success in this role.
* The ability to make decisions under pressure and manage priorities is crucial for effective team management.
* Familiarity with team management tools, email, and CRM systems is required.
Work Schedule and Location:
This is a full-time position requiring a Monday to Friday schedule from 09:00 to 18:00, based in Lisbon.
