About the Role
We are looking for a
Maintenance Supervisor
to join our team in a growing pharmaceutical facility. In this role, you will lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and infrastructure, including calibrations and qualifications. You will ensure regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and support the continuous improvement of the plant's performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the maintenance team.
* Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and qualification plans.
* Manage external maintenance contracts and technical service providers.
* Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and pharmaceutical quality standards.
* Monitor KPIs for maintenance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support investment projects and the introduction of new equipment and systems.
* Ensure proper documentation of interventions for internal and external audits.
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a Technical Qualification in Maintenance, Electrotechnics, Mechanics, or other relevant area.
* Previous experience in maintenance, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated sectors (food, chemical, healthcare).
* Strongly valued: experience with
HVAC systems
(Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), including qualification and maintenance of critical systems.
* Knowledge of automation and industrial utilities (compressed air, purified water, etc.) is a plus.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
