Job Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned to guarantee quality standards.
* Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update departing guest rooms.
* Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinate efforts with other departments.
* Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms and communicate changes in room assignments.
* Complete required paperwork and follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least 1 year of related work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience are also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
