The Guest Relations Supervisor leads the guest relations team to ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience. Acting as a key link between guests and operations, this role ensures service excellence across all touchpoints while maintaining the vibrant and refined atmosphere of JNcQUOI Beach Club.Through strong leadership, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality, the Guest Relations Supervisor ensures every guest journey reflects the high standards of Amorim Luxury Group.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion;Ensure personalized service throughout the guest journey;Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues;Handle VIP guests and special requests with care and confidentiality;Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction;Supervise and support the Guest Relations team during daily operations;Train team members on service standards, communication, and guest engagement;Coordinate schedules and ensure optimal coverage during service periods;Lead by example, fostering a culture of hospitality and professionalism;Collaborate with Front of House, Bar, Kitchen, and Management teams to ensure smooth service flow;Manage reservations, guest lists, and table coordination when required;Ensure efficient communication between departments regarding guest needs and requests;Support event and VIP planning within the beach club;Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism, and service etiquette;Ensure all guest-facing areas are welcoming and organized;Address service challenges promptly and professionally;Uphold brand standards and contribute to continuous service improvement.Candidate Profile:Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality supervision, or luxury service environments;Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;Excellent communication skills with a guest-focused mindset;Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume service environments;Fluent in English; Portuguese and additional languages are an advantage;Passion for hospitality and attention to detail.We are looking for passionate and creative professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.Interested?
