Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
As a Banqueting Supervisor (M/F), you will report to the F&B Director and you will be responsible for:
1. Supervise all phases of banquet functions, including setup, food service, and cleanup.
2. Coordinate activities daily and act as the primary point of contact with the banquet host during events.
3. Ensure that banquet rooms and work areas are clean and properly maintained.
4. Oversee the proper usage and working order of all equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
5. Implement service standards and departmental policies consistently.
6. Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
7. Collaborate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
8. Schedule and manage banquet staff, preparing weekly duty charts to correspond with banquet functions.
9. Provide unique and creative ideas to enhance the guest experience.

14. Knowledge of AHCCP hygiene and safety standards
15. Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet and specific applications for the catering/hotel area
