Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:Event Management:Learn how to manage a training event in an international corporate environment
Training Operations:Coordinate, track, and manage training activities using our Learning Management System;
Handle localand globaltraining requests
Training Logistics:Support training registration, hotel booking, training rooms, billing information, and other logistics
Stakeholder communication: Manage inquiries from vendors, participants, program managers, and trainers globally;
Ensure cooperation withexternal suppliers
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
You are a team player, with a proactive personality and good organizational skills.
You are a great communicator with a strong customer orientationEducation:Degree in Language Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar
Tools & Systems:Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook);
SuccessFactor andSAP are a plus
Working Style:Structured, self-driven, with high-quality standards
Experience:Events organization, learning management, or customer service experience is a plus
Language Skills:Fluent in English;
German is a plus
