About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Order Operations Supervisor to lead a small team within our order operations function. You will oversee daily workflows, manage complex and non-standard order scenarios, and ensure accuracy and efficiency across the order-to-fulfilment process.
With 3+ years of experience in order operations or related fields, you'll combine hands-on execution with strong leadership, driving team performance while acting as the primary escalation point for challenging issues. Your work will directly support operational excellence and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise a team of Order Operations Associates and Specialists, overseeing daily workload distribution and task allocation.
* Process, manage, and resolve complex or non-standard customer orders, including custom configurations, special pricing, or unique fulfilment requirements.
* Provide expert support on escalations, contractual considerations, and advanced order scenarios.
* Monitor team performance, conduct regular check-ins, and support ongoing development and coaching.
* Ensure adherence to internal policies, customer agreements, and service-level standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve order cycle efficiency.
* Identify operational gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Serve as a role model for operational excellence, accuracy, and customer-centric thinking.
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in order operations or a related function.
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex order processing tasks.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide, coach, and support team members.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
* Proficiency with order management tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.
