THE ROLE
We are looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Lisbon. You'll be the face of our company, reporting to the Area Manager, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining our fleet, and overseeing depot operations.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Handle reservations, organize vehicle check-ins/check-outs, and coordinate team activities;
- Train, supervise, and coach your team;
- Maintain the fleet, manage logistics, and ensure campervans are in top condition;
- Manage workforce planning, inventory, suppliers, and cleaning services;
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations;
- Assist in reselling campervans and show them to prospective buyers.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Travel enthusiasts with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car preferred;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
- Eligible to work in Portugal, with a valid driver's license, and confident driving a campervan (mandatory);
- Available to work weekends and public holidays;
- Responsible, reliable, well-organized, and problem-solving skills.
