Victoria Golf Resort & Spa Managed by AccorVictoria Golf Resort & Spa is currently Managed by Accor and after a comprehensive property improvement program to align it with Fairmont Brand standards, the hotel will formally join the Fairmont Brand as Fairmont Vilamoura AlgarveAbout Fairmont Hotels & ResortsJoin a dynamic team and become part of a network of 90 spectacular properties, with 34 more in development, across 30 countries worldwide — from the beaches of Hawaii to the pristine national parks of Canada, the heart of London, and the deserts of the United Arab Emirates.Take the opportunity to become a Heartist, and let your heart guide you in this world where life beats faster.Job DescriptionTo ensure that all responsible service of alcohol procedures are practiced at all timesGreets guests and escorts them to tablesTrains and monitors Servers and ensures service standards are metEnsures accurate recording and verification of Team Members time recordsSupervises all Team Members in all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet, providing the necessary assistance where requiredEnsures that approved service sequences and standards are established and maintained at all timesEnsures that all opening and closing procedures are carried out to an acceptable standard and supervises outletMaintains efficient operating procedures for the outlet's point of sale cashiering computer system, ensuring accuracy and balancing of till and the department cash floatMaintains a high level of cleanliness and care of all equipment and materials; and ensure security of outletPromptly reports any maintenance work required to the Manager and or maintenance departmentMaintains all outlet stock levelsCompletes the Bar log bookDevelops training plans and conducts on and off the job training sessions for all outlet Team MembersAttends all scheduled food and beverage and other relevant meetings when requiredMonitors outlets manpower, payroll budget, control costs and maximize profitabilityTake extreme care with personal grooming in order to maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance and monitors service personnel's appearance and groomingPunctual, efficient, and courteous at all times with guests and fellow Team Members alikeIs aware of own work schedule and always provides adequate notice when circumstance prevent one from adhering to that scheduleHandles all guest complaints immediately, courteously and satisfactorilyGreet all guests and escort them to their allocated tables when possibleAssists with conducting performance appraisals of subordinates as instructedSupervise bar set-up, cleanliness, stock levels, and service preparation.Promote guest satisfaction and loyalty by providing memorable experiences.Maintain knowledge of international drink trends and introduce innovative cocktails.Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage supplier relationships.Implement cost control procedures and minimize wastage.Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock records.Ensure compliance with local licensing laws and hotel policies.Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or high‐end venue.Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.Proven track record in staff management, cost control, and guest satisfaction.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Creativity in beverage menu development and promotions.Financial acumen and analytical thinking.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.Additional Information Our Values Respect:We value the needs, ideas, and individuality of others.
