Data-Driven Diagnostics- Daily Performance Audit: Start every day by analyzing the Pubinno Pro App to review the previous 24 hours of performance across all active locations. - Proactive Intervention: Identify and resolve unusual behaviors immediately (e.g., offline devices or zero sales). Contact the responsible parties to provide remote support and implement preventative measures to ensure issues do not recur.2. Deployment & Route Optimization- End-to-End Oversight: Manage the physical rollout of equipment across the PT market, ensuring deadlines are met and installations meet technical specifications. - Strategic Route Execution: Maintain a disciplined daily visit schedule to perform on-site audits, ensuring hardware is positioned for maximum visibility (placement, glassware usage, branding etc.) and operational efficiency.3. Customer Success & Sales Synergy- Joint Business Development: Collaborate directly with the Super Bock Group (SBG) Sales Team on visits to new potential clients to demonstrate the technological edge of the equipment. - The "F&B" Connection: Act as the solo primary point of contact for existing Horeca clients, providing periodic follow-ups to ensure they are getting the full use of the equipment's features.4.
