We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee warehouse operations. This professional will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in logistics and warehousing management.
Description
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping;
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits;
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation and distribution of goods;
Negotiate and manage relationships with freight carriers, third-party logistics providers, and suppliers;
Implement and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP integrations;
Enforce workplace health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA or local regulations.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred);
5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution management;
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
Strong understanding of inventory control, order fulfilment, and logistics processes;
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
