Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers.Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms.Analysis and selection of CV's.Phone surveys when necessary.Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks.Performing and conducting interviews with candidates.Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.Editing CV's according to the Decskill format.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or other academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar.At least 3 year's experience in Recruitment and Selection.Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles.Be a dynamic person with good communication skills.A team player with a spirit of collaboration.A person with a good working attitude and commitment.Be results-oriented.Speak other languages, like English.Are you looking for an environment that values curiosity and commitment?
