Your 'day to day'
As Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for regional operational stores management, articulating strategic plans between management, the field, and external stakeholders. You'll participate in decision-making, analyze sales, develop teams, and enhance customer satisfaction while striving to deliver a unique consumer experience and boost store results across all IQOS Stores in Portugal.
Who We're Looking For
- University degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a retail manager in personalized customer service.
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Previous experience working with KPIs.
- Experience managing commercial teams (preferably in retail).
- Strong analytical skills (upper intermediate Excel, advanced preferred).
- Strategic thinking and collaborative attitude.
- Ability to adapt to challenges, maintaining a professional approach to learning and evolving.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Team player.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Knowledge of retail or business systems (e.g., POS, MS Office).
