Job Description:
We are seeking a Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Compounding (m/f) to join our Compounding - Hikma I/B Department, working on-site and reporting directly to the Manager, Compounding.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform job tasks with strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements.
* Provide oversight regarding compounding equipment sterilization and ensure that batch compounding is performed accurately, complying with our GMPs, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
* Develop and implement plans to ensure timely execution of compounding schedules without disruptions due to personnel, supply materials, or equipment shortages or issues.
* Manage departmental equipment and stock control.
* Generate and follow up on daily/weekly compounding plans and reports in close coordination with other departments.
* Report daily events to management.
* Create, update, and review written procedures.
* Conduct and review production investigations and protocols.
* Manage staff within the compounding department and assist with recruiting new staff.
* Conduct human resource performance evaluations of department employees with the HR Department and Department Manager.
* Review, approve, and track human resource-related information and documentation, such as absence.
* Conduct training sessions.
* Ensure company policies and strategies are conveyed to production personnel and followed by them, promoting motivation and productivity.
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Technical Science (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology)
* Supervisory experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (preferably)
* Availability to work shifts
* Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
* Basic computer skills
