We are committed to providing the best possible environment to nurture our employee's skills and to flourish their talent.We are currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor / Team Leader to lead a team of artisans and drive operational excellence at our Santa Maria da Feira site.As a Production Supervisor, you will manage a team of 25–35 artisans, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.This role operates on a rotating shift system, alternating every two weeks: Morning shift: 5:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.What you'll do Lead daily production operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency; Coordinate production planning and resources across rotating shifts; Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices; Develop, motivate, and support team members' professional growth; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards; Analyze performance KPIs and implement corrective actions; Contribute to process improvement and development projects; Maintain open communication across teams and departments; Support the Production Director on strategic initiatives when required.Is this position made for you Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience leading production teams; Strong knowledge of production management and lean manufacturing; Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills; High ethical standards and discretion; Proficient in IT tools (Excel, etc.); Solid understanding of HSE regulations; Strong communication and people-management skills.This position will remain open until filled.
