We are committed to providing the best possible environment to nurture our employee's skills and to flourish their talent.We are currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor / Team Leader to join our team in Santa Maria da Feira and play a key role in driving operational excellence.As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of 25 to 35 artisans, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about team development, continuous improvement, and high-performance operations.This role follows a rotating shift schedule, changing every two weeks:Morning shift: 5:30 a.M. – 1:30 p.M.Afternoon shift: 1:30 p.M. – 9:30 p.M.What you'll doLead daily production operations with an unwavering focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.Coordinate production planning and resource allocation across rotating shifts.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement Lean practices for process optimization.Actively develop, motivate, and support the professional growth of your team members.Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Analyze performance KPIs and implement proactive corrective actions.Contribute to process development and improvement projects.Maintain open and effective communication across teams and departments.Support the Production Director on strategic initiatives when required.Is this position made for youDegree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of proven experience leading production teams.Solid knowledge of production management and Lean manufacturing methodologies.Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.High ethical standards and discretion.Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, etc.).Robust understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.Strong communication and people-management skills.This position will remain open until filled.
