HPDRONES, the leading enterprise drone company in the Iberian market, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment process and ensure we attract the best talent to fuel our growth.
What You'll Do:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job posting to offer and onboarding
Create compelling job advertisements and publish them across LinkedIn and other platforms
Actively source candidates (hunting) through networks, and industry events
Conduct initial screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and become productive quickly
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process
Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with agility and organization
Support employer branding initiatives to position HPDRONES as an employer of choice
Implementation of performance evaluation process
What We're Looking For:
2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection (preferably in tech, engineering, or startups)
Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, negotiation)
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
Growth mindset: proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluency in Portuguese and English (required)
Degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field (preferred)
