Your role in our team
We are looking for an experienced
Electrical Site Supervisor
to join our team. In this role, you will lead and oversee electrical installation activities on customer sites, ensuring quality, safety, and project compliance while driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* You will supervise the planned work of employees and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement).
* You will monitor progress, report unforeseen situations, and document electrical issues during installation.
* You will verify that all required electrical testing is completed and submitted on time.
* You will ensure installations are delivered within budget and deadlines, highlighting any risks or additional work needed.
* You will review mechanical drawings with on-site modifications and return them to the design team.
* You will support the Site Manager and H&S Advisor in promoting a safe work environment with zero accidents.
* You will develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* You will contribute to continuous improvement by reassessing processes and working methods.
* You will ensure compliance with the company's quality, environmental, and safety policies
Your profile
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in industry, logistics, or construction.
* You have a high school diploma and a professional qualification in mechanics or electromechanics.
* You ideally hold a formal qualification in health & safety management.
* You have workplace first aid training and a valid driving licence.
* You are skilled in electrical installations, site health & safety, engineering fundamentals, MS Project, and MS Office.
* You are fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
* You bring strong team management, communication, planning, and organizational skills, with a self-motivated and hands-on approach
