Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservation Supervisor to join our team. As a Reservation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our reservation department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing revenue through efficient booking processes.
* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the reservation department
* Train, mentor, and supervise reservation agents to maintain high service standards
* Implement and monitor reservation policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to optimize revenue and pricing strategies
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly
* Generate and analyze reports on reservation performance and key metrics
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
* Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality regulations and standards
* Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall hotel operations
Qualifications
* Proven experience in hotel reservations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
* In-depth understanding of hotel operations and reservation management systems
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Proficient in data analysis and report generation
* Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Customer-centric approach with a commitment to guest satisfaction
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
