Supervisor for Nespresso – French speaker

What you'll do
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of customer service agents to ensure exceptional service delivery;
* Monitor performance KPIs, provide constructive feedback, and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement;
* Support onboarding and training of new team members to ensure operational readiness;
* Foster a positive and productive team environment by applying emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution skills;
* Ensure compliance with company policies and project-specific standards;
* Report project updates and team performance to upper management and stakeholders.
What you'll need
* Native French (mandatory) and fluent in English (C1);
* Fluency in Dutch (plus);
* Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally in customer service or contact center operations;
* JUMP Certification for Supervisor completed (internal candidates only);
* Exceptional leadership and communication abilities;
* A people-first mindset with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire others;
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions under pressure;
* Organizational agility and adaptability to a fast-changing environment;
* Team player with strong conflict management skills.
