Wind Farm Installation and Maintenance Role
This position is critical in supporting the global energy transition by contributing to the installation and maintenance of wind farms across Europe.
The successful candidate will work closely with our site management team to ensure compliance with quality procedures and protocols, manage data for reporting, and maintain open communication with colleagues.
Main Responsibilities:
* Quality Assurance: Support Quality Manager on technical non-conformities and 'Management of Change' procedures.
* Site Management Assistance: Assist Site Manager with Quality Gate 1 and incoming goods inspections.
* Pre-erection Checks: Collaborate on pre-erection anchor cage and foundation checks.
* Documentation: Prepare and verify documentation for statutory inspections and reports.
* Gate 23 Process: Organize and support the Gate 23 process.
* Data Management: Collect and manage data for reporting using UPVISE or other tools.
* Communication: Maintain communication for ordering and tracking missing parts.
* Quality Deviations: Resolve quality deviations to ensure smooth handover to customers.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Site Management, preferably in renewable energy projects.
* Proficiency in basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
* Experience in construction, installation, finishing, and mechanical testing procedures.
* Skilled in using mechanical measuring tools and hydraulic torquing/tensioning tools.
* Fluency in English; Spanish or German is a plus.
