TSG Portugal is strengthening its Operations and Maintenance team. We are looking for aLead Supervisorto coordinate technical teams, ensure the effective execution of maintenance activities, and guarantee technical and regulatory compliance across our services.What you will do: Coordinate reactive and scheduled maintenance teams, ensuring proper prioritization and execution; Lead and support a team of Supervisors, managing resource allocation and operational planning; Analyse technical issues and define effective solutions for maintenance interventions; Assume technical responsibility for Maintenance activities before official and regulatory entities; Provide technical support to field teams and clients; Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients to ensure alignment of technical requirements; Ensure compliance with Maintenance and Installation plans; Record, monitor, and analyse operational KPIs; Ensure compliance with clients administrative procedures; Validate and control the technical documentation required for work approval and billing processes.What we are looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent; Registered with (or eligible for registration with) OE/OET (Portuguese Professional Engineering Bodies); Resilience and strong ability to work under pressure; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English level C1 or higher.What we value Previous experience in supervising or coordinating technical teams; Experience in industrial maintenance, asset management, or field operations; Knowledge of KPI management and continuous improvement tools; Familiarity with technical certification and regulatory processes; Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.What we offer Integration into a solid team working on challenging, high‐responsibility technical projects; Development path toward operational management; Continuous training and professional development; Competitive salary package aligned with experience; Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
