/ppbr / /ppWe are currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor / Team Leader to lead a team of artisans and drive operational excellence at our Santa Maria da Feira site.
/ppbr / /ppAs a Production Supervisor, you will manage a team of ***** artisans, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
/ppbr / /ppThis role operates on a rotating shift system, alternating every two weeks: /ppMorning shift: 5:30 a.M. – 1:30 p.M. /ppAfternoon shift: 2:00 p.M. – 10:00 p.M. /ppbr / /ppWhat you'll do /pulliLead daily production operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency; br / /liliCoordinate production planning and resources across rotating shifts; br / /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices; br / /liliDevelop, motivate, and support team members' professional growth; br / /liliEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards; br / /liliAnalyze performance KPIs and implement corrective actions; br / /liliContribute to process improvement and development projects; br / /liliMaintain open communication across teams and departments; br / /liliSupport the Production Director on strategic initiatives when required.
/li /ulpbr / /ppIs this position made for you /pulliDegree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; br / /liliMinimum 3 yearsof experience leading production teams; br / /liliStrong knowledge of production management and lean manufacturing; br / /liliExcellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills; br / /liliHigh ethical standards and discretion; br / /liliProficient in IT tools (Excel, etc.); br / /liliSolid understanding of HSE regulations; br / /liliStrong communication and people-management skills.
