We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser Supervisor for our Victoria's Secret store at Norteshopping, Porto, to work alongside the Visual Manager. This role involves implementing commercial actions within the store layout, managing basic store operations like opening and closing procedures, warehouse activities, and shift supervision.
The Visual Merchandiser Supervisor aims to deliver an exceptional visual presentation that creates a captivating in-store experience. Responsibilities include partnering with the Sales Leadership Team and the field visual organization on visual presentation, brand guide planning, execution, merchandising strategies, and visual training to drive profitable sales growth and enhance brand equity.
Key objectives include providing a branded customer experience that fosters loyalty and consistent sales and profit growth by:
- Fostering a customer-centric culture focused on delivering satisfying customer experiences.
- Serving on the Sales Leadership Team and being responsible for overall store results.
- Supporting the store team in maintaining visual and merchandising standards.
- Leading planning and execution of brand guides in collaboration with category managers and the brand delivery team.
- Using store-specific knowledge to interpret brand standards and elevate visual presentation.
- Creating solutions for product placement aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assisting category managers with merchandising and sell-down strategies.
- Communicating effectively with the market visual manager to enhance visual merchandising and presentation.
- Analyzing business insights to develop SMART action plans for improving execution and results.
- Leading brand rollouts and merchandising initiatives.
- Managing window displays, interior fixtures, product placement, and lighting.
- Maintaining and updating the store floor plan and fixture arrangements with category managers.
- Collaborating with the customer experience manager and category managers to optimize store space.
- Partnering with the Sales Leadership Team to address maintenance and housekeeping issues.
- Ensuring proper use, maintenance, and storage of fixtures, props, and marketing materials.
- Promoting a safe working environment and supporting loss prevention efforts by fostering honesty and linking customer service, staff engagement, and shrink reduction.
