Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Construction Management and Supervision Department by recruiting a Civil Works Site Supervisor, to support an ongoing Data Center Project, based in Sines.
With national and international Projects of high technical complexity, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the engineering and construction market, particularly within mission-critical infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate all civil works on site, including earthworks, concrete works, structures, and architectural finishes
* Ensure works are executed in accordance with Project drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and schedules
* Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, commissioning)
* Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of the works, reporting deviations and proposing corrective actions
* Review and validate method statements, technical submittals, and material approvals
* Participate in site meetings with the client, consultants and internal teams
* Ensure compliance with HSE rules, promoting a strong safety culture on site
* Support inspections, testing, and handover processes
Profile
* Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification (mandatory)
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (highly valued)
* Proven experience as a Civil Works Supervisor or in a similar role; experience in data centers, industrial facilities, or other large-scale projects is a strong advantage
* Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control processes
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and other construction documentation
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* High level of responsibility, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
* Availability to work on site (mandatory)
