/ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pulliSupervise and coordinate all civil works on site, including earthworks, concrete works, structures, and architectural finishes /liliEnsure works are executed in accordance with Project drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and schedules /liliCoordinate subcontractors and daily site activities with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, commissioning) /liliMonitor progress, productivity, and quality of the works, reporting deviations and proposing corrective actions /liliReview and validate method statements, technical submittals, and material approvals /liliParticipate in site meetings with the client, consultants and internal teams /liliEnsure compliance with HSE rules, promoting a strong safety culture on site /liliSupport inspections, testing, and handover processes /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongProfile /strong /pulliDegree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification (mandatory) /liliProficiency in English, both written and spoken (highly valued) /liliProven experience as a Civil Works Supervisor or in a similar role; br / experience in data centers, industrial facilities, or other large-scale projects is a strong advantage /liliSolid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control processes /liliAbility to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and other construction documentation /liliStrong communication and coordination skills /liliHigh level of responsibility, autonomy, and problem-solving skills /liliAvailability to work on site (mandatory) /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat we offer: /strong /ppQuadrante is a global organization focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
