Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Construction Management and Supervision Department by recruiting a Civil Works Site Supervisor, to support an ongoing Data Center Project, based in Sines.
With national and international Projects of high technical complexity, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the engineering and construction market, particularly within mission-critical infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all civil works on site, including earthworks, concrete works, structures, and architectural finishes
Ensure works are executed in accordance with Project drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and schedules
Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, commissioning)
Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of the works, reporting deviations and proposing corrective actions
Review and validate method statements, technical submittals, and material approvals
Participate in site meetings with the client, consultants and internal teams
Ensure compliance with HSE rules, promoting a strong safety culture on site
Support inspections, testing, and handover processes
Profile
Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification (mandatory)
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (highly valued)
Proven experience as a Civil Works Supervisor or in a similar role; experience in data centers, industrial facilities, or other large-scale projects is a strong advantage
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control processes
Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and other construction documentation
Strong communication and coordination skills
High level of responsibility, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
Availability to work on site (mandatory)
