Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor team performance of agents
* Ensure service levels and interaction quality are maintained
* Validate and adjust resource allocation based on workload
* Provide direct support to agents and resolve complex issues
* Report results and improvements to management
Work Schedule and Location
* Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00

Requirements
* Higher education (preferably in communication or management)
* Proven experience in team coordination within customer service
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
* Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage priorities
* Knowledge of team management tools, email, and CRM
